The Pendulum Court restaurant is a lab run by dietetics students. It is a required course designed to give them hands-on experience in a quantity food setting. The lab is open for eight weeks in the Fall and Winter Semesters, Monday through Thursdays from 11:30 am - 1:10 pm (12:00 pm - 1:10 pm on Tuesdays).

A class operates the restaurant, therefore the cost to patrons is substantially less and as a result, the restaurant is able to purchase high-quality food. The Pendulum Court is a tax-exempt, non-profit organization that serves primarily faculty, staff, and students within the Brigham Young University campus.

We love our customers, and over the years we have gained a large group of loyal guests. Recently, we have had so many customers that the burden has become too heavy for our students. Therefore, out of necessity, we have returned to the reservation system used in previous years. Reservations ARE necessary. We ask that our customers make a reservation for lunch. We truly appreciate you coming to support our students, and we hope that you will make reservations to join us for lunch. Bon Appetit!

Don't forget to catch our recipe of the week! See each week's menu for details.
